Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad

Welcome to my first dine post. More personal recipes to come. This cranberry almond chicken salad is super easy to make, and it's on the healthy side. I for one eat chicken salad almost every day. I either have it over a bed of spinach, in a wrap, with crackers, or with just about anything. 

Ingredients: 
2 cups of cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp of chopped green onion
1 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tbsp all natural dried cranberries
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Spinach gluten free tortillas 

Directions: 
Mix and enjoy!
