About the Thrive Cellar
The Thrive Cellar is a women’s collective aimed at helping the Women Who Wine® community thrive through awareness-based products, services and events.
A MESSAGE FROM Natalie, WINE WITH NAT®
There is no wrong way to thrive as a woman. Everyone has a different story, walks a different path, and has different needs. What matters is that you uncork your best, most authentic life, while supporting other women.
In 2015, I decided to share my story with the online world through blogging with a little help from wine. From “wounded healer”, to empowering others through meaningful conversations and wine (#UncorkedConversations), my brands were born.
An award-winning public relations and marketing professional by trade, this Boss Babe turned life’s circumstances into purpose-driven brands aimed at using the power of my voice and wine to empower women to thrive.
Because when I thrive, you thrive, and we all thrive! So are you ready to thrive with the Thrive Cellar Tribe?

Natalie leon, Wine With Nat®
I kicked off my career at a local Miami PR agency and then moved onto The Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. In 2009, during the economic crisis, I was courageous enough to launch NAT-PR, INC., a boutique ‘a la carte’ Public Relations & Events Management firm. I recognized the challenges that businesses encountered in obtaining public relations firms at a fair budget with proven results. One of my biggest accomplishments during that time was NAT-PR’s signature event, Get Connected, an event with over 500 attendees that offered all South Florida professionals a networking platform to build relationships. I was featured on NBC 6 South Florida, BizBash, Selecta Magazine and IN FOCUS Magazine. In 2011, I was awarded "Publicist/PR Executive of the Year" by BizBash.
In 2015, I decided to share my story with the online world through blogging with a little help from wine. From “wounded healer”, to empowering others through meaningful conversations and wine (#UncorkedConversations), this Boss Babe turned life’s circumstances into purpose-driven brands aimed at using the power of my voice and wine to empower women to thrive.
Featured on CBS Miami and awarded "Miami Women Who Rock 2016" by Miami Women Who Rock and "Best Local Blogger 2016" by South Florida Bloggers, I am here to be an inspiration for others with the help of my tribe.

Karen Sanchez, The Sanchez Group
A modern day Boss Mom, Karen Sanchez started her entrepreneurship journey in 2000 and at the age of 19 when she took a leave of absence from college to help her dad open his business. Karen went back to school in 2003 and graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a degree in Psychology in 2005.
For the next 10 years, Karen worked with Florida Department of Children and Families. While she loved her job, becoming a mom shifted her career goals. Karen needed flexibility and time. Not to mention, an income to support her growing family. So in 2013, and after a lot of prayer, she decided to take a leap of faith and join her husband’s business in financial services full-time. Karen always had a passion for financial literacy and knew that together they could thrive as a family business.
The risk paid off! Today, Karen is a full-time entrepreneur. She is the Co-CEO of The Sanchez Group, a financial services company with over 50 licensed agents. Karen is also the Co-owner of Prestige International Realty, a full-service real estate company.
Karen is proof that if you work for a purpose, money will follow. She is most proud of the workshops she’s created to help others achieve financial success:
1. The Ultimate Boss Babe Boot Camp: teaching young women financial concepts and an entrepreneurship mindset
2. Financially Blessed: a financial education resource group at her local church, Trinity Church
3. NXT LVL Home Buyer: a master class to educate potential homebuyers on the home buying process, as well as how to keep their home.
Karen is changing how “we talk about money”. Her mission is to help women become financially independent by eliminating debt, and start building wealth. Karen believes in using your strengths to empower others.
